The new funding will help the housing association accelerate the construction of thousands of new social homes while modernising its substantial existing stock across London and the South of England.
The update from Lloyds Bank also noted that SNG, which manages more than 85,000 homes, was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign Housing Association and Network Homes.
