In this week’s Mergers & Acquisitions class, I’m teaching appraisal. We’ll talk about valuation in appraisal, but I’m not going to get down into the weeds of crunching numbers or the mysteries of the Capital Asset Pricing Model. Instead, we’ll keep it at a 40,000 level qualitative overview.
A couple of years ago, however, I created Youtube videos for my students in which I do take a deep dive into the weeds of valuation in case they wanted more information.
And now I’m making them available to you.
