LONDON: In a move that further accelerates the rapid consolidation of the UK’s mid‑tier accounting landscape, Affinia has announced a landmark agreement to combine with three key offices of the UHY Hacker Young network: London, Nottingham, and Brighton.

The combination, subject to regulatory approval, will create a heavyweight firm with £100 m in revenue, a headcount of 1,000 people, and a footprint spanning 17 offices. This transaction represents the largest deal to date for Affinia, the Sovereign Capital Partners‑backed firm that has quickly established itself as the UK’s fastest‑growing Top 50 integrated player.
