Finergreen Sells African Operations to Local Management Teams

French advisory firm Finergreen has completed the sale of its African operations to local management teams, creating Amara Infrastructure Partners in Abidjan and Nairobi and Honeywood in Cape Town. The divestiture, covering offices in Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya and South Africa, was announced on May 25, 2026. Finergreen will now focus its growth on Europe and Asia.
