Strella, an AI-powered customer research platform, raised $14M in a Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from Decibel Partners, Bain Future Back Ventures, MVP Ventures and 645 Ventures to expand its AI-moderated interview product and mobile capabilities. The startup serves enterprise customers including Amazon, Duolingo, Apollo GraphQL and Chobani and will use proceeds to grow product and go-to-market.
