Google just released Gemini Spark, a personal AI agent. In this video, I walk through how I use Google Gemini Spark to run AI tasks in the background, even when my laptop is off. Gemini Spark is a new AI agent inside the Gemini app, and it can work with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and more.

I show how Gemini Spark can scan my emails, read AI newsletters, find key ideas, and turn that research into content. I also show how I use Gemini Spark skills to match my writing style, so the AI can write more like me.

Then I go step by step through scheduled tasks. I show how Gemini Spark can check my inbox every week, send me a recap, update a Google Sheet, and create a Google Drive folder from a new email. I also test how it can look at my Google Calendar and build a meeting brief from my emails and Drive files.

This is still an early and experimental Google AI tool, so I also talk about privacy and why you should be careful with what you connect. Gemini Spark can be very useful, but it also needs access to a lot of your Google account.
