CloudBees product leader Sander introduced Unify, a governed AI control plane designed to consolidate context across the fragmented software delivery toolchain so teams can answer operational questions like “are we safe to ship?” He framed the problem as rising delivery throughput, growing application complexity and expanding tool sprawl—customers commonly use 40–80 delivery tools—leaving no single source of truth and making naive AI risky. Unify aims to sit above existing tools, contextualize signals (build, test, security, deployments) and guide decisions without forcing costly replatforming or bespoke integrations. The presentation included a live demo of the control plane and its approach to governed, context-aware automation.
