Why It Matters

OK Computer demonstrates how agentic AI can automate high‑value business content creation—cutting time and cost for marketing and sales collateral—while prompting firms to rethink oversight and governance of AI‑driven workflows.

Summary

Today’s video spotlights Moonshot AI’s Kimi platform and its newly launched OK Computer agent mode, a free‑to‑use alternative to the market’s dominant chatbots. OK Computer transforms the traditional LLM from a token‑spitting text generator into an autonomous agent that can research, plan, generate, and execute complex tasks without step‑by‑step prompting.

The presenter demonstrates the feature by feeding a raw, unpolished client deck into OK Computer and asking it to produce a cleaner, more professional version. The agent ingests the slides, creates a to‑do list, iterates on design elements, and ultimately delivers a polished deck. A second pass optimizes the deck for B2B conversion, with the user approving most suggestions before the final version is rendered. The creator notes the importance of keeping a human in the loop to verify intent and avoid unnecessary token consumption.

Key moments include the claim, “It took the raw deck, stored the info, wrote to‑dos, iterated, and built a new slide deck that looks quite amazing,” and the fact that the same system helped draft the video script itself. The side‑by‑side comparison of the original and AI‑enhanced slides underscores the tangible quality jump, while the reviewer’s willingness to approve changes highlights the collaborative workflow between human and agent.

The broader implication is a shift toward agentic AI that can handle end‑to‑end creative workflows, potentially slashing design costs and accelerating sales‑enablement cycles. As these systems become more capable, businesses will need to balance productivity gains with oversight to mitigate risks of mis‑alignment or over‑reliance on automated outputs.

Original Description

Moonshot AI just dropped their new OK Computer agent mode inside Kimi doesn’t just generate text, it actually acts. And I got early access to try it on a real problem: fixing our messy B2B slide deck at Towards AI.
I fed it the raw files. It stored everything, planned the work, wrote its own to-dos, iterated through versions, and rebuilt the entire deck to look clean and professional. Then I asked it to optimize the deck for conversions, with human approval steps in the loop so I could guide the direction.
And here’s the crazy part: it gave me a broken file. I said “I can’t open it,” and without any extra instructions it fixed itself and regenerated a working HTML version. That’s the new wave of agentic systems: understand, reason, correct, and execute with just enough human feedback to stay aligned. Honestly… equal parts impressive and scary.
If you want me to test OK Computer on a tougher workflow or something from your industry, tell me and I’ll push it further.
