Aquis Exchange is an independent, pan-European cash equities trading venue with a unique subscription based pricing model. Institutional traders are able to trade the top stocks from 14 European countries via Aquis Exchange's fully-lit order book. Aquis Exchange is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and operates a multilateral trading facility. The Aquis Exchange approach to pricing is simple, fair and transparent. It is similar to that of the telecoms industry. Members are charged according to the message traffic they generate, rather than a percentage of the value of each stock that they trade. Aquis Exchange uses its own end-to-end trading software, comprising matching engine, market surveillance system and markets operations services. The system is high capacity and very consistent. This software is also available for licencing by third parties via Aquis Technologies.
