The British Artist Blacksmiths Association (BABA) is a membership-based collective that has, since 1978, developed and promoted the work of the modern artist blacksmith. It connects thousands of professional and amateur smiths across Britain and beyond to learn, share, and advance the craft of creative blacksmithing through exhibitions, education, and networking. The organization facilitates member profiles, a magazine, newsletters, and events that celebrate contemporary metalwork and forge-related skills, with active UK and international participation.
