About C2i

Connections to Independence (C2i) is a nonprofit organization that provides programming and advocacy to support foster care youth ages 14–24, helping them transition to independent living. The organization collaborates with permanent placement providers, community-based organizations, and counties to deliver services that address housing, education, employment, financial literacy, and personal wellness.
