Carbyon is a Netherlands-based climate tech company developing low-cost, mass-scale direct air capture (DAC) to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. The company uses a fast-swing thin film DAC technology and is focused on scalable manufacturing to reach gigaton-scale removal, with plans to scale production to 50,000 systems per year at 50 tons per system. Headquartered at High Tech Campus Eindhoven in the Netherlands, Carbyon positions itself to reverse climate change by supplying circular CO2 for use in energy and materials applications, including sustainable fuels and agriculture markets.
