About Counteract International

Counteract International is a faith-driven nonprofit operating in Central America, focused on transforming the lives of incarcerated and released youth through holistic mentorship, life skills training, and biblical guidance. The organization works behind bars in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras and supports aftercare with coaching, scholarships, and community reintegration efforts. Since 2000, it has established multiple Success Academies and programs to break the cycle of adversity and promote hopeful trajectories for at-risk youth.
