Coworked is an enterprise-focused project management platform featuring Harmony, a headless-AI project manager that integrates with existing tools and processes to accelerate delivery. It acts like a remote coworker within the PMO, initiating planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and reporting while remaining inside the tools teams already trust. Harmony learns an organization's templates and governance, signs into systems such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Smartsheet, and more, and stays visible to PMO leaders through a supervisor portal. The goal is to deliver more projects with the same headcount and reduce burnout by handling routine coordination in the background while preserving governance and auditability.
