DEGRONOPEDIA is a web server for searching protein degrons and mapping them to nearby residues that can undergo ubiquitination as well as adjacent disordered regions. It provides evolutionary context for degrons and reports post-translational modifications and mutations within degron-flanking regions that may affect accessibility. The platform simulates emerging degron motifs after proteolysis, including N-/C-degron pathway considerations. It also uses machine learning to predict the stability of protein N- and C-termini to help identify substrates of these degradation pathways.
