About EARSeL

EARSeL is a scientific network of European remote sensing institutes, bringing together academia and the commercial/industrial sector to advance geoinformation and earth observation through remote sensing. The association coordinates activities across Europe, including conferences, publications, and collaborations among member laboratories, with a structure that includes Special Interest Groups, laboratories, and national representatives. It operates through a head office in Münster, Germany and a seat in Strasbourg, France, linking European research institutes and industry partners. EARSeL also hosts events like summer schools and workshops to foster education and research in remote sensing.
