Flower is a friendly federated AI framework that provides a unified approach to federated learning, analytics, and evaluation. It enables federating workloads across multiple ML frameworks and programming languages, with support for cloud, mobile, and edge devices. The project describes interoperability across PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and more, and highlights production-ready scalability and framework agnosticism from its community at Flower Labs GmbH, based in Germany.
