Freeman Health System is a locally owned, not-for-profit health system serving the Joplin area with two main hospitals, a regional hospital in Neosho, and the Ozark Center for behavioral health. It operates one of the region’s largest networks of hospitals, urgent care facilities, physician clinics, and specialty services across multiple locations in Missouri. The system offers a wide range of care including emergency medicine, cancer care, orthopedics, heart and vascular care, diabetes care, dermatology, and maternity services, supported by a strong focus on patient safety and community health initiatives.
