Impact Capital is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community development financial institution serving low- and moderate-income geographies in the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. The organization provides flexible loans and technical assistance to help nonprofits and developers launch and sustain projects that expand affordable housing, childcare facilities, cultural and community centers, schools, and job training facilities. With 25+ years of experience, it partners with community organizations to spur economic development and revitalization through pre-development, acquisition, construction, preservation, and bridge financing.
