About Instride Health

Instride Health provides specialty outpatient care for pediatric anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in ages 7–22, focusing on evidence-based CBT with exposure therapy. The care model combines a licensed therapist, exposure coach, and psychiatrist, and emphasizes real-time support, family involvement, and coordination with schools and pediatricians.
