Jobs for the Future (JFF) is a U.S. nonprofit headquartered in Boston, MA that transforms education and workforce systems to achieve equitable economic advancement. It partners with public, private and philanthropic organizations to design and scale solutions such as apprenticeship and work‑based learning, career navigation services, employer mobilization, policy advocacy, research and analytics, and regional economic initiatives. JFF also runs innovation programs like JFFLabs and JFFVentures to incubate and invest in new ideas for the future workforce.
