About KidStrong

KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident and high-character children through developmentally appropriate 45-minute weekly classes led by expert coaches. The program focuses on whole-child development with emphasis on strong character, strong bodies, and strong minds, guided by child development experts. It operates through multiple locations across the United States, including camps and centers, and engages parents by involving them in the process. KidStrong aims to help children up to age 11 become happier, more confident, and better at social interactions through structured, fun activities.
