Founded in 1991 as a joint venture between Keppel Shipyard Investments and Smit Singapore, the company provides harbor tug and towage operations in Singapore’s maritime hub. In 2022 Rimorchiatori Mediterranei (RMED) acquired KST Maritime, making it the first European operator in the Far East. The head office is in Singapore, with 24-hour operations to support port activities.
