Maj Invest is a Copenhagen-based asset management company. Founded in 2005 as an independent company, Maj Invest is today owned by management and employees. Maj Invest has two main business areas, Asset Management and Private Equity, besides the newly established business area Maj Bank. In Asset Management we provide advice on strategic asset allocation and asset management of securities listed on regulated markets for institutional clients and the mutual funds Investeringsforeningen Maj Invest in Denmark and Maj Invest Funds in Luxembourg. We also offer wealth management services to wealthy individuals, companies and funds. In Private Equity we advise private equity funds on their investments in unlisted equities in Denmark as well as abroad. In Denmark we advise five private equity funds and provide discretionary investment advisory services to clients on private equity portfolios.
