Pentagreen Capital is a debt financing platform focused on accelerating the development of sustainable infrastructure in Asia, with an initial emphasis on Southeast Asia. It aims to catalyse financing for innovative clean infrastructure projects to support climate change mitigation and adaptation and to help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Headquartered in Singapore, the company began with US$150 million in initial capital from shareholders HSBC and Temasek and seeks to mobilize blended finance toward near US$1 billion within five years to attract commercial capital for projects underserved by traditional finance. The operating infrastructure is provided by Clifford Capital Holdings, and the organization highlights its leadership and board experience across diverse industries and geographies.
