The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) is Ontario's regulator for real estate professionals, safeguarding consumers by ensuring real estate agents and brokerages understand and follow the law. RECO provides consumer information, education resources, and tools such as the agent/brokerage search to verify standing before transactions.
