About SciTech

SciTech is a research group within the USC Information Sciences Institute focused on science automation, workflow management, and distributed computing for scientific research. The team develops open-source tools and collaborates on projects that enable researchers to run experiments and analyses across local and distributed resources, including national cyberinfrastructure. Their areas include workflow management for science, machine learning for scientific workloads, and building infrastructures to support compute and data-intensive science. Based in Los Angeles, California, SciTech aims to tighten the coupling between domain scientists and computational resources to accelerate discovery.
