About Starbridge

Starbridge is a nonprofit organization partnering with individuals with disabilities and their families to achieve success in education, employment, and healthy living. Based in New York, the organization serves all of New York State (excluding NYC boroughs and Long Island) and connects people to local resources, education, transition planning, and supports for home and community living. It offers programs in education, transition to adulthood, employment, family support, and self-directed services, aiming to transform communities to include everyone.
