Through its operating platform RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC, it is one of the largest servicers of conventional loans in the country. The company aims to provide attractive risk-adjusted total return to its stockholders over the long term, primarily through dividends and capital appreciation, while managing interest rate, prepayment, credit, mortgage spread and financing risks.
