Parenting: Teach Joy, Belonging, Purpose, Not Just Careers
The goal is not to prepare them to get a job. The goal is to prepare them to have a life that’s full of joy, belonging, and purpose. They will not learn those things in school, so as parents that is something we must pass onto them. The hard part, as we then must find out what that means for our ourselves.
