“If you want to build a strong practitioner in any model,” says Marcus Shaw CEO of @AltFinanceEdu, “you have to coach them, train them, invest in them in a way that makes them see themselves in the position.” Since 2021, Marcus has led AltFinance in creating apprenticeships for students who seek careers in private investment thanks to a $90 million commitment from top financial firms.
