Consistent Effort Builds the Foundation for Tri Success
Building the foundation. Right now my HR is higher than the watts at times, the strength workouts are making me sore, everything is slower. But, I know it will all come back. If I keep putting in the time and showing up. #triathlontraining #tricoach #swimbikerun #strengthtraining #ironmantri
