Uber's Glitch Forces Far Pickups, Unfair Cancellation Fees
.@Uber when you system doesn’t deliver….your are far from the pick up spot…other people having same issues next to me….and you want to charge us when we try to cancel when the software is obviously malfunctioning is not fair…..not fair...
