Take Time to Consider Discount Requests; Don’t Feel Pressured
If a brand asks for a discount on a call, don't ever feel like you're backed into a corner and you're forced to give them an answer right there on the spot. It is totally reasonable to say that you need more time to think everything through and that you would love to get back to them with an answer later. They're not going to say no!
