Southwest’s Boarding Went From Logic to Chaos
Southwest Airlines then: let’s create a fair and orderly boarding process based on logic and customer needs. Southwest Airlines now: let’s put the entire plane in “boarding group 2” and see what happens. 🤷🏻♂️
