Creators Reject Lowball Deals, Demand Fair Compensation

I received a collaboration offer today: product + $150 for a reel, a post, 3 months of link in bio, collaboration tagging, & draft review. I kindly declined since my rates are much higher. But it made me wonder… are creators still accepting offers like this? Even as a micro-creator, I wouldn’t have agreed to these terms at 25K followers. It’s hard to see creative work continually undervalued when so much time & effort go into what we share. Curious to hear your thoughts, would you accept this?
