Simple Fan Beats High‑Tech Sleep Tracker for Better Rest
My sleep metrics without @eightsleep are better than they were with it. I just have a fan that is aimed at me. That's it. No micro adjustments being made, but HRV, deep sleep and REM are all up in the past 2 months. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
