Budget Reservation Vanished, Left Paying Extra and Renting U‑Haul
🚨 @Budget took my prepaid reservation - then had zero cars available at pickup. Told me to pay $130 more + fund my own ride elsewhere. Had to book a U-Haul just to complete my move. This isn’t acceptable. Case ID: 81160798
