It provides early-stage and concessional capital to impact investment funds operating across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. These underlying funds then finance small and medium enterprises that deliver climate and gender equality outcomes. ADI also operates with blended finance and technical assistance partners to support investment and impact delivery across the Indo-Pacific.
