The Missouri Technology Corporation (MTC) is a public-private partnership established by the Missouri General Assembly that focuses on investing in early-stage ventures through its IDEA funds and supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem via the MOBEC grant program. MTC facilitates the growth of high-tech companies primarily through four programs: Missouri TechLaunch, Seed Capital Co-Investment, Venture Capital Co-Investment, and High-Tech Industrial Expansion. It targets industries such as applied engineering, defense, biomedical science, animal health, and plant sciences, providing strategic investments to bolster technology commercialization and enhance Missouri's innovation economy.
