The fund allocates $500k to $1M in US and Israeli pre-seed and seed-stage startups, primarily backing software for engineering, data, and security teams. As a lead or co-lead investor, MTF participates in priced rounds or post-money SAFEs and does not take a board seat. The team provides hands-on support to founders pre-deck, pre-product, and pre-revenue to move faster.
