Endurance rider and internet personality Ryan Van Duzer will cruise the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route (GDMBR) this summer, marking Adventure Cycling’s 50th anniversary. He will start in Jasper, Alberta around the summer solstice and finish in Antelope Wells, New Mexico within four to seven weeks. Van Duzer invites cyclists to join his Drop‑in rides for a few hours or days, and he’s offering 20 bikepackers a chance to ride the entire 500‑plus‑mile Section 5 from Salida, Colorado to Grants, New Mexico, with applications due April 6, 2026.
