CEA Works: Training Program to Upskill Growers
Cornell University’s GLASE Consortium is launching CEA Works, a self‑paced online training platform for controlled environment agriculture (CEA) professionals, with enrollment opening on June 1, 2025. Backed by USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture and developed with SUNY Broome, Ohio State, and Agritecture, the program offers three‑month access to video lectures, knowledge checks, and downloadable resources. Courses include a $60 Business Planning 101 class and three science‑focused modules on crop production, root‑zone management, and plant physiology. GLASE advisory board members receive free full‑curriculum access.
