BEREC Position Papers on the Digital Networks Act Proposal
The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has published 16 position papers on the European Commission’s Digital Networks Act (DNA) proposal, with three more slated for release by the end of June 2026. The papers examine key themes such as the general authorisation regime, governance, objectives, scope, resilience, market access, sustainability, and SMP remedies.
