PocDoc Partners with E4 Primary Care Network to Bring Mobile Health Checks to Chingford’s Underserved Communities

PocDoc, the UK’s leading digital diagnostics firm, has teamed up with the E4 Primary Care Network to launch a mobile health‑check service for over 80,000 residents in Chingford’s underserved areas. The initiative uses PocDoc’s Neighbourhood Bus to deliver a finger‑prick Healthy Heart Check that provides a full cholesterol profile, BMI, heart age and a ten‑year cardiovascular risk score within minutes. For the first time, results are automatically linked to the NHS app and patient records, giving users instant access to care pathways. The service will operate across community hubs such as churches, mosques and supermarkets throughout the month.
