The programme, running 26‑28 May 2026, targets a cohort of 8‑10 companies and is backed by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund and accelerator Hatch Blue. BIM reports that 76 Irish aquaculture companies now generate about €165 million in value and employ over 900 people. AquaScale builds on a platform that has helped 66 start‑ups raise more than €28 million since 2018.
