Boris Azarenko, a Moscow‑born financier, co‑founded the development firm Evocom in 2005 before launching Vesper in 2012 to focus on luxury historic‑building redevelopments. Vesper quickly became a market leader, pioneering fully finished residences and partnering with Fairmont for the 25‑year Vesper Tverskaya serviced‑apartment project. Under Azarenko’s financial direction the company delivered iconic projects such as Gelrikh House, Cloud Nine, and the Lucky residential cluster, integrating art and cultural programming.
