The Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford, in partnership with the Natural Resource Governance Institute, has launched a five‑day executive programme titled “Managing Mining, Oil and Gas for National Development.” Applications open on 2 March 2026, targeting senior leaders from government, industry, civil society and multilateral organisations. The curriculum spans licensing, taxation, state‑owned enterprise oversight, revenue management, environmental protection and stakeholder communication. A limited pool of scholarships will support applicants from a list of resource‑rich countries, helping to broaden participation.
