At CES 2026, Robotiq, Universal Robots, and Siemens showcased a next‑generation palletizing solution that merges collaborative robotics with real‑time digital twin technology. The system combines Robotiq’s PAL Ready cell, a UR20 cobot, and Siemens’ Digital Twin Composer to simulate and run palletizing operations simultaneously on the factory floor. The digital twin provides photo‑realistic, live visualization, allowing manufacturers to validate layouts, optimize robot motions, and predict cycle times before physical deployment. Integrated data streaming through Siemens Industrial Edge and Insights Hub enables dynamic optimization of gripper performance, shortening commissioning and improving ROI.
