
Hannah Sprake Joins Women’s Multisport Action Group
Hannah Sprake, senior analyst at Sporting Insights, has been named a founding member of the Women’s Multisport Action Group (WMAG), a new working body created by the Running Industry Alliance (RIA) and Triathlon Industry Alliance (TIA). WMAG’s mission is to amplify women’s voices, build clear career pathways, and improve representation across the running and triathlon sectors in the UK and Ireland. The group launches amid record female participation—44.5% of finishers in the 2025 London Marathon—signaling both progress and remaining gaps. Its inaugural board includes leaders from major brands, media, and event organizations.
